CONROY SALON POLICIES- Effective JUNE 2020

  • BOOKING APPOINTMENT - We can no longer process walk-in bookings, all bookings must be made  ONLINE BOOKING (24hours)   using our App which can be found in your APP store / PLAY store by searching 'CONROY' or also by clicking the BOOK NOW button on our webpage.

  • EXTRA SERVICES -We now offer  DIGITAL MAGAZINES, so please remember to bring a PHONE or TABLET so we can connect you to this FREE service.

  • LATE ARRIVALS - In order to respect the time of both our clients and our staff, we ask that you arrive on time for your appointment, clients arriving after 10 mins may lose their appointment. and if this a recurring matter may be unable to pre-book appointments in the future.

  • LATE CANCELLATIONS - If you need to cancel your appointment, we ask you to please give us at least 24hours notice to the appointment. Cancellations breaking these rules will incur a 50% fee taken off that day via online bookings or added onto your next appointment if made by telephone.   

  • NO-SHOWS - In the case of missing your Appointment there will be a 50% charge taken of your card for online bookings, or added to your next appointment for telephone bookings. Two or more missed appointments will result in future appointments being refused. 

  • SERVICE GUARANTEE / REFUNDS - Your satisfaction is our highest priority. If you are not completely happy with your service please let us know during your treatment or within 24 hours after your service has been performed. We are committed to making any corrections needed as long as we are made aware of them within this time. also if the fault is on our side, to offer you a refund.

  • HEALTH HISTORY - For your own safety and comfort, please notify our staff members of any allergies or physical issues that may be of concern. If you experience any Pain or discomfort during a treatment or your time in salon, please alert a member of staff.

  • RIGHT TO REFUSE - Our staff have the right to refuse service to anyone intoxicated, behaving inappropriately or if their state of health may influence the effects of the service.
