• MASK POLICY - All clients are required to wear a mask at all time in the salon, Masks will be provided for clients who forget to bring their own, exemptions apply for clients with medical reasons.  Please help us stay open by complying with this policy. 

  • BOOKING APPOINTMENT - We can no longer process walk-in bookings, all bookings must be made by PHONE (Mon - Fri 9am-12pm) or ONLINE BOOKING (24hours)  

  • UPON ARRIVAL - Clients will be required to wash/sanitise their hands upon arrival. Sanitisers are located at salon entrance and dress-outs. Clients showing any symptoms of Covid-19 should reschedule their appointment for a later date. 

  • SOCIAL DISTANCING - Where possible we are respecting a 1m+ Distance policy, especially between dress-outs. At the basin area we have installed protective screens between each basin to ensure client comfort. 

  • CHILDREN & ADDITIONAL GUESTS -Due to Social distancing measures we can only accept Children from the age of 12+, all children services will now be charged at full adult price. To respect distancing rules and client comfort, we no longer allow anyone else to wait in salon, this also includes children who must be left off and collected at the start/end of their appointment.

  • EXTRA SERVICES - Due to regulations we can no longer provide HOT DRINKS, but we do offer BOTTLED WATER to all clients. We now

  • offer  DIGITAL MAGAZINES, so please remember to bring a PHONE or TABLET so we can connect you to this FREE service.

  • LATE ARRIVALS - In order to respect the time of both our clients and our staff, we ask that you arrive on time for your appointment, clients arriving after 10 mins may lose their appointment. and if this a recurring matter may be unable to pre-book appointments in the future.

  • LATE CANCELLATIONS - We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel your appointment, we ask you to please give us at least 24hours notice to the appointment*. Cancellations breaking these rules will incur a £20 fee taken off that day via online bookings or added onto your next appointment if made by telephone.  *same-day bookings exempt.  

  • NO-SHOWS - In the case of missing your Appointment there will be a £20 charge taken of your card for online bookings, or added to your next appointment for telephone bookings. Two or more missed appointments will result in future appointments being refused. 

  • SERVICE GUARANTEE / REFUNDS - Your satisfaction is our highest priority. If you are not completely happy with your service please let us know during your treatment or within 24 hours after your service has been performed. We are committed to making any corrections needed as long as we are made aware of them within this time. also if the fault is on our side, to offer you a refund.

  • HEALTH HISTORY - For your own safety and comfort, please notify our staff members of any allergies or physical issues that may be of concern. If you experience any Pain or discomfort during a treatment or your time in salon, please alert a member of staff.

  • RIGHT TO REFUSE - Our staff have the right to refuse service to anyone intoxicated, behaving inappropriately or if their state of health may influence the effects of the service.  

  • CHANGE TO PRICING - Please refer to our MENU for current pricing. One change that has been made, is to our offer of a complimentary Blow-dry with a colour service. Due to major changes in our appointment times available and reduction in staff members operating per shift, we now have to discontinue this service.  This means all colour services will need to be accompanied with a Priced Blow-Dry / Cutting Service. Student discount will also be unavailable until further notice.
